What Lloyds Bank has to say .....
‘Lynn came to discuss nutrition and functional medicine to our ‘Menopause Hub’ group which was formed to break down the taboo of discussing the menopause, help individuals that may be struggling with symptoms and to provide a great support network within our site in Gloucester.
Lynn’s presentation was so informative. She stripped everything right back to the make-up of our cells, the nutrients that we require and how factors that affect our hormones can have a knock on affect to other hormones. Her breakdown of how a balanced diet can have such a transformative impact on us all left the whole group with a greater understanding of how improvements to our wellbeing can be made with some simple changes.
I have received some fantastic feedback from the group with colleagues extremely appreciative of the handouts that Lynn provided on what to include in their diet to help with menopausal symptoms. Others have found the balanced plate handout so useful for family mealtime planning and changing their mind-set that fats aren’t all bad!
I genuinely believe, following Lynn’s presentation, that she has changed my way of thinking about food and I would thoroughly recommend a consultation with her if anyone is struggling with ailments or issues. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and truly wants to help. I could not recommend her more highly.’
