So it's the start of a new year and I've realised it's been a long time since I last updated my blog... maybe I'll make keeping up with social media my first resolution! :)
It's that time when we all start thinking about ways we can make changes to improve our lives and make them more fun and enjoyable. Only yesterday was I talking to my daughter about her resolution to get thinner and healthier in 2018. I find I'm approached by many people making the same resolution at this time every year, so this year I've decided to run a series of masterclasses to help everyone reach their personal health goals. So whether it's weight loss, managing diabetes, detoxification, gut health or simply aiming for lifelong optimal health, there's a masterclass for everyone.
The first for this year will be held on Friday 12th January, 9.30 - 5.30 at Open Space House, Malvern, Worcestershire. We will be focussing on weight loss and making changes for life, no fad diets and no unhealthy crazes just good, nutritious food and methods to fuel your body and mind and make your 2018 the best year yet!
The cost for the day is £135 to include a wonderful healthy 3-course lunch, refreshments and a comprehensive take-home toolkit to help you maintain your health goals lifelong.
