I have written and recorded a number of courses that allow you educate yourself in your own time and at your own pace. Every course is based on the most up-to-date scientific evidence that will be updated as and when new medical evidence is published.

Did you know that you can significantly help your body to manage stress through dietary changes? This course is for those under continuous pressure and unrelenting stress, or sufferers of anxiety and panic attacks

In each case everyone will be expected to complete the 10 week Foundation Course before moving on to specific health issues.
You cannot build the house if the foundations are not strong!
Lessons are 10 minute bite-size recordings, five times per week. So you could access Monday to Friday or choose to do all of them in one go, or whatever fits in with your daily life.
