The 3 Month Metabolic Process
1.Make an initial appointment to discuss whether metabolic balance is suitable for you. If so, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and Lynn will make arrangements for blood samples to be taken and discuss your health and weightloss goals.
2. Your blood samples are taken first thing in the morning after you have fasted for 12 hours. A complete haematology/biochemistry profile is then analysed at a private London-based medical laboratory; additional markers may be added to suit your particular case. The analysed data is emailed to Lynn usually within 48 hours.
3. Once the blood analysis data and your health questionnaire have been analysed, your individual nutrition plan will be created based on eating 3 simple meals a day without food supplements, which should allow for simple adjustment to your daily diet.
4. During your second appointment, about 5 days later, you will receive your personal nutrition plan from Lynn. She will explain in detail the 4 phases of the plan that you need to follow to achieve success; initially concentrating on stage 1.
5. As your metabolic balance certified coach, Lynn offers 3 months of dedicated and continued support to ensure your individual programme works for you. This will include a further 4 face to face consultations to discuss progress and move you through the 4 stages of your programme plus telephone, email and/or Skype support.
